If You Found a FAWN
If you have found any other orphaned or injured wild mammal in need of help you may transport the animal to one of the Drop Off Sites listed.
The animal will receive medical attention if needed at no cost to you and Keeper of the Wild will pick up the animal for rehabilitation and eventual release.
If you need assistance with an injured or orphaned wild mammal that threatens your safety please call Keeper of the Wild at (843) 636-1659 and leave a message at the end of the recording. Do not approach the animal. Your call will be returned as soon as possible.
We hope you will join Keeper of the Wild in thanking these members of our Rescue Team for their support and compassion toward our goal of making a difference for wildlife.
Keeper of the Wild is a nonprofit 501©3 volunteer organization. We rescue, rehabilitate and release wildlife back to the wild. We are not an agency of the state and receive no state funding. We are all volunteers and there are no paid employees. We charge no fees for our services but welcome and need donations to cover expenses.
